Inspired by the Lady

The biggest buzz about the Mugler show is not entirely the clothes, but Mother Monster † herself previewing her song "Government Hooker"(Damn, I should just name this blog "I LOVE MOTHER MONSTER" or "HIGHWAY UNICORN") Mugler turned overnight into one of the most awesome shows of Paris fashion week, following by Mother Monster's tweet † 

The Mugler showed at a runway made with columns running along the edges, with no other words to describe , GOTHIC. If you can find another word, I salute you with my unicorn-feathered hat studded with diamonds. The dimmed light at first, then the fun bright spotlight right on ya face.

The fashion, well it is extremely exaggerated. Sky-high stilettos, see-through layers, tight leather skirts, electric colours...... You named it, they've got it. There are both loose and tight silhouettes, which is definitely a mix that most designers tried to avoid. But not Nicola Formichetti, Lady Gaga's stylist. The whole collection is heavily influenced by her, which is both a good AND bad thing. The good thing is that I'm super-hyper by all the clothes and Mugler is gonna have a awesome future, but the bad part is that I'm mourning because I can't get my hands on any of them(PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME, J.F. KENNEDY!)
